Loving the Transitioning Body

In this workshop we will practice ways to find love for your body in the present moment while staying connected to the changes you want to see. We often feel that we have to chose—change or acceptance. We will propose a way you can hold both for yourself and your ever-changing body.
The Ever Changing Way We Work With the Standards of Care
When: Friday, April 18, 1:30–2:30 pm

In this workshop we will explore a brief history of the SOC, where we are with them currently, how they have relaxed and how to make the best of them at this point. This workshop is appropriate for both members of the TG/TS communities and those who work with these populations.
TS 101 and How to Run A Successful Co-Ed TS Support Group
When: Friday, April 18, 3:00–4:00 pm
Where: San Simeon Room
In this workshop we explore the basics clinicians working with TS clients need to know. Issues such as diagnosis, treatment, referral for HT and referral for GRS are explored in detail.
